ON WEDNESDAY, 17TH OF SEPTEMBER, VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE CONTINUED WORKING IN THE PLENARY REGIME.
The morning meeting started with the speeches of The People´s Deputies.
When the People´s deputies have delivered their speeches, The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Arseniy Yatseniuk stated that today in the newspaper "Uriadovyi Kurier" was officially announced that the democratic coalition has stopped its existence. As A. Yatseniuk declared, "juridically this procedure is completed but not politically".
A. Yatseniuk announced that he addressed his application to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and according to the demands of Temporary Statute, he will fulfill his duties until this issue is scrutinized.
After this The Chairman asked the Chairmen of Deputies Faction to agree the agenda and announced the break. After the break, Deputies voted for the suggested agenda consisting of 5 bills.
The first was on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning the improvement of relations in the sphere of accident prevention during the road traffic the chairman of the subcommittee of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement, Volodymyr Moisyk. He declared that only during the 2 last month more than two thousand people did and more than 15 thousand have been traumatized. That is why the law should be adopted.
People´s deputies have supported the adoption of the law in the first reeding, but speakers have introduced some proposals to it.
The Verkhovna Rada has adopted it by 410 votes.
Next parliamentarians have scrutinized and discussed the bill on introduction of amendments to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine (according the provision of claims). One of the authors, the People´s Deputy, Dmytro Prytyka explained the suggested amendments. As he stated, they presupposed the limitation of actions on the claim supplement that are established by the judges´ resolutions. It is also suggested by the bill to introduce the amendments to the item 67 of The Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine regarding the prohibition of claims supplement when the Economic Court introduce the resolutions on imposing a ban on meeting of stock-holders (participants) and making decisions by it; concession to the registrars, depositaries the register of owners of inscribed capital issues or information about the stock-holders for the stockholders' meeting; participation of the stock-holder (participant) in stockholders'(participants´) meeting.
The Bill on introduction of amendments to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine (according the provision of claims) first was adopted as a basis and than in its entirety as a law.
Next People´s Deputies have scrutinized the bill on joint-stock companies. The author, people´s Deputy Yurii Voropaev declared on its main statements. The bill was adopted in its entirety as a law.
In the end of the meeting People´s Deputies have scrutinized the bills on introduction of the amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding the dealing with radioactive waste and on State Purpose-oriented Ecologic Program of Dealing with radioactive waste. The amendments presupposed the improvement of the terminology in the current law, in particular to expose some statements of the Law "On the protection of the environment" in the new edition
By the Bill of The State Purpose-oriented Ecologic Program of Dealing with radioactive waste it was presupposed to fulfill the state politics in the sphere of dealing with the radioactive wastes.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the bills on introduction of the amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding the dealing with radioactive waste and on State Purpose-oriented Ecologic Program of Dealing with radioactive waste in their entirety
